1 - Preparing specifications, pricing for all jobs & BOQs and others contract documents .
2 - Prepare, submit and deliver construction proposals, tenders, estimates .
3 - Prepare and monitor clients invoices .
4 - Prepare and monitor sub-contractors invoices .
5 - Carry out site visit where required to make sure the quantities and make all necessary notes.
6 - Assist with the development and administration of project contracts , budgets, quality control , job costing and value engineering etc .
7 - Assist in the daily management of construction projects .
8 - Prepare, submit and deliver purchase orders, contracts, schedule, change orders and extra work etc .
9 - Prepare and issue sub-contract enquiries and assessment of quotations upon receipt .
10 - Maintain sub-contract data base .
