Job Description:

We are seeking two district Sales Managers to join our team at Lactalis-Halawa group, managing the infant nutrition products range (Celia) based in Cairo and Alexandria.

This position is responsible for the overall management of assigned sales channels in order to achieve the sales and market share objectives. This leadership role will drive a high level awareness and subsequent KOL recommendation and consumer endorsement of Celia products.
Responsibilities:
Based on Business /Sales Objectives, ensure the KPI’s are achieved
Oversees the recruitment, selection, training, evaluation and optimal deployment of sales delegates based on overall business objectives.
Ensures sales delegates create effective relationships with Key opinion leaders (KOL).
Enables negotiation of contracts with hospital accounts.
Participates in conventions, seminars and other educational events to support the achievement of business goals.
Leads direct reports to develop annual target build for customers.

Candidates should have 4-6 years of relevant experience in the Healthcare industry.
Candidates should have 3-5 years of proven experience in leading a Sales Team.

The ability to adapt well within rapidly changing work and industry environments. Ability to develop solid and long-standing relationships with customers is extremely important.
