Assists the HR Manager in the execution of the Performance Appraisal system among the company employees.
Assists the compensations and benefits Supervisor in payroll preparation .
Assists the HR Manager in the Recruitment process .
Assists the Compensation & Benefits Supervisor in the medical healthcare issues and handling the expenses of the staff .
Technical Skills :-
Excellent command of reading, writing & speaking English Language.
UNIVERSITY GRADUATE WITH A BACHELOR’S DEGREE PREFERABLY IN commerce & business administration .
ABILITY TO WORK UNDER PRESSURE.
Minimum 2 year of experience in similar position
Very Strong Analytical Skills
Experience with the country labor law , social insurance and taxation law.
Patient with a high service passion.
Full awareness of the company policies & procedures.
Recruitment, training , payroll preparation knowledge is a plus
