VAM Systems is currently looking for IT Infrastructure Project Manager for our UAE operations with the following terms and conditions:
Required skills & experience.
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure technologies and methodologies, including server virtualization, storage, networking, and security.
• Ability to exchange with Technical Subject Matter Experts from various IT Infrastructure Domains.
• Experienced with major infrastructure re-organization projects involving multiple technical domains.
• Knowledge of Obsolescence management, Patching, Re-platforming etc.
• Familiar with licensing models for Operating Systems & Databases.
• Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders and IT staff.
Other Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience leading & coordinating IT infrastructure projects.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology or a related
Responsibilities:
• Define Project Charter with Problem Statement.
• Elaborate the Project Scope, Objectives & Deliverables
• Build Acceptance Criteria and take signoff from stakeholders.
• Prepare the WBS, Schedule, Resource Allocation & Project Budget
• Identify & manage the dependencies and risks.
• Perform the kick-off with all relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure effective communication and Reporting across different levels of stakeholders.
• Proactively manage the issues and delays by liaising with the right counterparts.
