We are currently hiring a reliable and dedicated Security Guard to join our team. As a Security Guard, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of our premises, assets, and personnel. Your strong observatory skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle emergency situations will contribute to maintaining a secure environment.

Responsibilities:

Monitor and patrol premises to prevent unauthorized access and ensure the safety of individuals and property
Conduct regular security checks and inspections to identify and address any security risks or breaches
Respond promptly to alarms or incidents and take appropriate actions, including contacting emergency services if necessary
Monitor and control access points, including verifying identification and conducting searches if required
Maintain accurate logs and reports of security incidents, daily activities, and any unusual occurrences
Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors, employees, and contractors with inquiries and directions
Operate and monitor security equipment such as CCTV cameras, alarm systems, and access control systems
Collaborate with management and other team members to implement and improve security protocols and procedures

Strong knowledge of security protocols, procedures, and emergency response protocols
Excellent observation and problem-solving skills
Ability to remain calm and act professionally in stressful situations
Good physical condition and ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer skills for report writing and communication purposes
Ability to work in rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
High school diploma or equivalent
