1- Bachelor degree in finance or accounting (English Commercial), higher education is a plus.
2- Recognized professional designation in Finance (CFA is preferable).
3- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Business Valuation, Merger & Acquisition, and Corporate Deals & Transactions.
4- Knowledge of business valuation standards (IIBV).
Good interpersonal skills with a proven ability to communicate effectively (both written and verbal, Arabic and English).
Unquestioned personal integrity with strong ethics and values.
Ability to stand fair on difficult issues when required.
Displays awareness of the need for confidentially in sensitive matters.
