Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and analyze projects costs daily to ensure alignment with approved budgets.
Prepare monthly cost control reports, variance analysis, and present findings to management.
Track and control purchasing, subcontractor expenses, and inventory costs.
Review supplier and subcontractor invoices for accuracy against contracts and approved pricing.
Coordinate with Project Management, Finance, Procurement, and Operations teams to ensure effective cost management.
Assist in monthly and annual financial closing related to project costs.
Identify, recommend, and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising project quality or schedule.
Support contract administration by monitoring variations, claims, and payments.
Maintain accurate cost records and documentation for audit and reporting purposes.
Provide financial insights to help project teams make informed decisions.

Job Requirements
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree of Civil Engineer with 10-15 years of experience (minimum 5 years in cost control).
PMP Certified is Recommended.
Golf Experience is Recommended.
