Purpose: To produce high quality product meeting the costumer expectation at certain time and with minimum cost.
Plans, schedules, and expedites production planning, scheduling, and control operations to achieve production goals and meets delivery date commitments.
Performance Criteria

2 - Achieving Shipping dates.

Job Responsibilities
1 –manage factory training center
2- Supervise the training of new labor and on job training for existing labor
3- Classification of labor according to operations and regularly measure performance and work progress.
4- Participate in planning and establishing overall production objectives with consideration give to the available and needed resources (manpower) machinery, methods, material and work load. 5-organize formless and prepare master schedule to establish layout, time study and work flow for each operation to meet delivery dates according to client orders
6- Analyze production specification and plant capacity and perform needed calculation.
7- Plans and schedules work flow of each department and operation according to time study for each per action.
8- Daily monitoring orders in process to keep inforormed of manufacturing status and when needed initiate the necessary steepest to maintain conformity with schedules.
9- Coordinate with other departments concerning procurement of touls , materials, and accessories and subcontracting to avoid costly delay customer dissatisfaction and complains.
10- Manage rush orders and material shortages feeding problems and machines malfunctions, and revise shipment daces.
11- Supervise the maintenance of records and files essential to operations.
12-perpare required statistics and reports, such as wip , order status and daily production figures .
13- Trace and analyze daily production figure specially the 2eds to keep as minimum as poss
