We are hiring a Sales & Customer Care Specialist for an entertainment and Art Hub.
- Location: New Cairo - 1st Settlement
- Working hours: 10:30 am to 07:00 pm.
- Days off: 2 days.
- Very attractive Package
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 3 years of direct experience will be considered.
- A B.Sc degree is a must.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Perfect knowledge of social media.
- Excellent verbal and communication skills
JOB ROLES:
- Answer the customer's inquiries via calls & chats over the phone & Social.
- Guide our customers to choose among our services and find the most appropriate locations & schedules.
- Administer social media pages, emails & WhatsApp.
