- Insert quotation information in quotation follow up sheet & project board.
- Collect required documents for the quotation from customer.
- Preparing quotation.
- Take a confirmation on pricing level & costing sheet from section head.
- Take a confirmation for the quotation from top management.
- Send quotation & follow up customer to take approval.
- Modify quotation ( if required ) and take a confirmation on required discount.
- Receive PO and send with all received data to technical office manager.
