Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 0 to 2 years of experience in technical support or information systems.
• Good knowledge of operating systems (Windows) and Microsoft Office programs.
• Good understanding of networking (IP, DNS, DHCP) with the ability to diagnose and resolve network issues efficiently.
• Ability to install and configure servers (such as Windows Server).
• Proficiency in troubleshooting software and hardware issues.
• Previous experience or knowledge of SAP is preferred, but not required.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Proficiency in English (at least written and spoken).
