•To prepare the corrective, preventive and predicative maintenance program/plan of electrical and instruments department.
•To manage the corrective & preventive maintenance for mechanical works in the plant according to Production Plan.
•To fulfill all requirements of Operational Control’s work procedure.
•To follow-up and secure the equipment operation in the departments.
•To prepare the spare parts list and the strategy stock (mechanical)
•To follow-up the break-down work orders of the equipment and corrective maintenance
•Issuing and managing shut-down procedures for equipment.10. To follow-up purchase requisition of spare parts.
•To maintain all catalogues and manuals of equipment and instruments in a very good condition.
•To train Mechanical Maintenance Technicians about the instructions of machines’ manual and follow-up their work in assembly & disassembly of machines.
•To determine, analysis and solve mechanical problems with suitable suggestions and modifications.
•To manage the Process Technology section; and update all mechanical documents & catalogues for any modifications and/or new equipment realized in the plant.
•To organize the working shifts of the mechanical technicians inside the department.
•Coordinate and lead the operation and maintenance for all the mechanical and electrical utilities
