شرح الوظيفة
Implementation of occupational safety and health standards.
Supporting the implementation of the AMS system.
Direct supervision of the distribution of work on the supervisors and technicians and maintenance of their responsibilities.
Measuring the skills of technicians and maintenance of the matrix skills. Work out training plans for maintenance technicians to raise their skills. Encourage maintenance personnel to participate in continuous Periodic evaluation of the performance of employees in the maintenance departments for the disbursement of periodic incentives.
Follow up the implementation of the requests for reform on the factories and various administrative buildings in order to achieve the speed of response and quality of repair in the shortest possible time, according to the catalogs of the stomach and previous experiences.
Measuring the performance rates of technicians and analyzing the causes of deviations from the required performance rates and developing and following the necessary plans for correction.
Participate in the development of preventive maintenance plans for equipment and implement them in the highest quality and minimum time to maintain KPI.
Responsible for the full analysis of faults and finding the root causes of them and the development of corrective measures that prevent the recurrence and the establishment of preventive measures for non-occurrence in similar places.
Implementation and development of TPM.
Familiarity with all maintenance management of AMS programs and courses.
To carry out all the tasks required by the special tasks according to the vision of the Director directly in the context of maintenance management needs of the tasks to achieve its objectives.
Flexibility to change the rosy work morning and evening depending on the need of work.
