As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Sales Engineer to join our team.
Job Description:
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives for project sales.
2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and prospecting.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders.
4. Collaborate with the engineering and design teams to provide technical support and solutions to clients.
5. Prepare and deliver sales presentations.
6. Negotiate contracts and terms of agreements to close sales and meet revenue targets.
7. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
8. Coordinate with the project management team to ensure seamless execution of projects from sales handover to completion.
9. Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts to the management team.
10. Worked to implement best practices for sales team recruitment, development and performance management.

Job Requirements
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
2. Proven track record of success in project sales within the Fire fighting project, with at least [insert number] years of relevant experience.
3. Strong technical knowledge of Fire fighting project, materials, and applications.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
5. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets and drive revenue growth.
6. Solid negotiation and contract management skills, with a focus on delivering value to both the company and the client.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
8. Proficiency in MS Office .
9. Willingness to travel as needed.
10. Car in needed.
