Key Duties, Responsibilities and Authorities
1) Review operations and confer with technical or administrative staff to resolve operation or processing problems.
2) Prepare and maintain operation reports and personnel records.
3) Set and monitor product standards,
4) Coordinate and recommend procedures for facility and equipment
5) Manage and evaluate machine resources to ensure productivity and minimal downtime
6) Review processing schedules and operation orders to make decisions concerning client's requirements, staffing maintenance or modification, including the replacement of machines.
7) Executing job orders and fulfilling the work specifications from metal recovery and classification of materials,
8) Leading worker personnel into fulfilling their duties in the lowest time and giving the maximum productivity possible in cost effective methods.
9) Following job orders and time frames given by Site manager
10) Daily operation reports, equipment, labor work, job orders completed.
