Cayenne Engineering is currently seeking a creative, motivated, and technically proficient Designer /
Architect with demonstrated capabilities in design and production. Previous experience working in
an architecture firm is preferred and the ability to work well under time constraints in a fast-paced,
collaborative environment.
Your Role
As a Cayenne Architect, you will collaborate with our MEP engineers and directors to develop
innovative design solutions and work on a variety of projects in various stages of design and
construction. You will be successful because you know how to translate an architect's sketches to
realized 2D/3D models and images and can find out of the box solutions for technical issues when
they arise. You will support various practice areas, such as residential, educational, retail, and other
commercial facilities. Bring your strong work ethics, extreme attention to detail coupled with your

What You Will Do
• Participate in all project phases, including conceptual designs, presentations, schematic
design, design development, construction documents and production
• Assist with design and direct production of project construction drawings
• Collaborate with design teams, clients and consultants to meet project objectives and
deadlines
• Manage multiple aspects of client, team, and project coordination, including full
documentation coordination with consultants (structural, MEP, lighting, accessibility,
building envelope, life safety, etc.)
• Resolve complex technical and design issues with team to produce innovative, technical,
constructible solutions
• Actively lead teams for successful delivery of projects
• Understand and execute ‘red marked’ revisions
• Perform architectural and basic engineering calculations<

Your Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in architecture
• Minimum 2 years of related project experience
• Proficiency in modeling using 2D/3D software, such as CAD, Revit, 3ds MAX
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and/or SketchUp.
• Knowledge of International Building Code and accessibility requirements
• Well organized and possess an entrepreneurial and innovative mindset
• Self-starter with excellent communication skills and ability to multi-task
• Proficiency in English language (oral and written)
