Key Responsibilities:
• Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to expand our client base.
• Monitor team performance and provide continuous coaching and support.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Provide regular performance reports to senior management.
