شرح الوظيفة
Responsible for Managing Retail Channel Branches & Showrooms operations, Handling all marketing activities such as: launching new promotions, create ads, printed materials..etc.
Accomplishes marketing and sales human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning tasks, scheduling, coaching, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions and disciplining employees.
Monitor feedback & reports (Quality, Sales, Performance & Evaluation) from store managers, And report to COO the results.
Implementing new strategies to acquire new accounts (Individuals - Corporate) to expand the customer's base besides assigning key account manager duties to Senior or sales supervisor.

Graduated male or female, from 28 to 35 years old
At least 4 years experience in sales & marketing fields
Bachelor degree from business administration faculty or a related major
Excellent computer and communication skills
Good command of English language
