-Initiate calls According to the assigned database contacts to follow up with existing customers and prospects ones to attempt to sell our products and services.
-Answer customers’ queries about the features and benefits of our products, and products quality.
-Handle customers’ complains, objections, and show full support according to our policies, and regulations.
-They may also contact customers after a sale to check that they are satisfied with their purchase.
-Ensure database integrity: continuously update customer details, efficiently use follow-ups.

- Bachelor degree is a must.
- Good command of English language & Computer Skills.
- Excellent interpersonal &Communication skills.
- Previous experience in a relative field (Customer Service, Sales, Telesales..etc) is preferable.
