شرح الوظيفة
Maintains personal appearance and self- hygiene.
Performs all the preparation work for soups, sauces and salads.
Prepares food items as per instructions.
Prepares basic culinary items as per standard recipes
Prepares the food items as per the orders received from the waiters.
Maintains the food production in accordance with the standards specification.
Ensures that the food orders are issued according to the time specification. Collects the food requisitions from the food store.
Reports any problems occurs in his station to his supervisor.
Maintains sanitation and hygiene of his work station.
