3- Preparing layouts, drawings and preliminary sketches for design works and not for execution.
4- Designs and prepares illustrative and graphic presentation materials for public hearings and meetings.
5- Involved in the planning, design.
6- Retrieves, manipulates, and summarizes information for planning and design reports.
7- Resolve all customer questions within required timeframe.
8- Follow local and national building codes and construction regulations.
9- Proactive and show the ability to work from problem definition through completion with little guidance.

17- Able to produce all type of animation works such as (conceptual, studies and commercial) movies with achieving all movie production steps like (film design, story boarding, scenario, camera making, animating objects, mixing with search and sound tracks compositing) if projects need.
18- Involvement in all phases of the design process including programming, schematic design, design development & Competitions
