Develops strategic plan for the whole company, as well as promoting revenues, profitability and growth.

Follows up and implements the strategic goals and objectives of the organization.
Guides other executives and high level officers along a main objective and working to increase business of the company.
Balances objectives internally and externally in order to strengthen and sustain the company.
Collaborates with the board to define and communicate the organization’s vision and to develop strategies for achieving that vision.
Creates annual operating plans that support strategic direction set by the board and correlate with annual operating budgets; submits annual plans to the board for approval.
Develops future leadership within the organization.
Prepares all strategic plans for his company and formulate business targets in alliance with the Executive Committee and the Board of Directors.
Evaluates the profitability of the business plans suggested by different departments and consults with the board of directors and the Executive Committee.
Focuses on generating revenues, he must also look out for expansions through opening new show rooms & distribution centers for our rugs and expanding the business.
Monitors, measures and report on organizational development plans ad achievements within agreed format and time frame.
Acts as the owners’ representative towards the competitors & retailers.

Technical Skills :
Rugs ,Textile or furniture experience is preferable
Organizational skills
Proven experience in rugs , textiles or furniture industries.
Knowledge of Art, Visual Arts, Graphic Design or Interior Design
Innovative.
Artistic.
Creative .
Bachelor Degree in business administration , applied arts or fine arts is preferable
MBA is an asset.

Minimum 15 years of experience in similar position
