شرح الوظيفة
Hospitality experience is a plus .
Assists the HR Seniors in handling (employees’ penalties, office attendance and all personnel aspects in addition to handling blue collars & junior recruitment requests and assists in training.
Assists the HR Manager in the execution of the Performance Appraisal system among the company employees.
Assists the compensations and benefits Supervisor in payroll preparation .
Assists the compensations and benefits Supervisor in handling the private healthcare process.
Handles the recruitment process for the blue collars & junior positions .
Assists the HR Manager in the Training process .
Completes enrollment and termination forms for all employees.
Completes monthly terminations and creates monthly report.
Assists in organizing employees activities.
Reviews the Monthly Attendance.
Calculates the overtime.
Deducts the absenteeism from the salaries.
Deducts any credit amounts and ensures crediting to payroll.
Records employees information, transfers and resignations in order to maintain and update payroll records as follows.
Reviews time sheets, compiles employees time and payroll data from time sheets and other records, Work Charts, Misconducts and other information in order to detect and reconcile payroll discrepancies.
Prepares the monthly payroll sheet of the hired employees to the Finance.

مهارات الوظيفة
Technical Skills :-
Excellent command of reading, writing & speaking English Language.
UNIVERSITY GRADUATE WITH A BACHELOR’S DEGREE PREFERABLY IN commerce & business administration .
ABILITY TO WORK UNDER PRESSURE.
Minimum 1 year of experience in similar position
Very Strong Analytical Skills
Experience with the country labor law , social insurance and taxation law.
Patient with a high service passion.
Blue Collar & Junior Recruitment experience is a must .
Full awareness of the company policies & procedures.
The ability to maintain friendly, cordial relations with all employees.
The ability to respond properly in any company emergency or safety situation.
