Floating Boats experience is a must
operate Plants and associated equipment, serve as a system operator and to perform maintenance work.
Follow up operation status for each machine (A/C split, AHU, FCU, HOODS, and Fans).
Responses to Phone calls & Maintenance Work orders,
Observes any abnormal machine status (vibration, noise) and acts accordingly.
Responds to normal problems with AHU Drives like alerts and repeated alarms.
Attends in plant Room to respond for any Maintenance Order.
Changes operating parameters according to Area requirements (BMS).
Follows up the authorized subcontractors during their routine and non-routine visits.
Carries out the regular maintenance tasks on a monthly, quarterly, semi-annually and annual basis including the following tasks:
Lubricate bearings
checkup vibration & noise
check belts tension, Replace if need
adjust water level
temperature measurements
Adjust Drain Lines and replace if needed
Clean coils & Equipment parts

Technical skills :-
Floating Boats experience is a must
Minimum 3 years of experience in HVAC fields.
Technical institute in HVAC
Effective organizational skills .
ATTENTION TO DETAILS AND HIGH LEVEL OF ACCURACY
HIGH TECHNICAL SKILLS.
Experience with operations procedures, policies and documentation.
Problem solver.
Able to deal with multi BMS systems.
Ability to work under pressure.12% is added to the salary
