Take full responsibility of the assigned business information systems within the corporate objectives framework in order to provide timely effective information needed in the decision making process; As well as to implement, Manage, Support, Customize systems to suit the operation within Prado Factory & head offices .
Makes sure that all problems reported to the IT department are solved both quickly and professionally.
Managing and insuring the integration and validation of information between different departments to make it available for use in short and long term strategic decision making in the company.
Ensures the Stability of the Software Systems and the proper Permissions for Employees in the Company.
Administers the Internal Network Domain of the Company, this includes the following:
 All Windows Servers, including and not limited to, ISA, Exchange, DC, File Server, DB Server.
Monitors Different Networking Devices, this includes and not limited to: Routers, ASA, FortiGate, Switches, etc…
Ensures the smoothness and performance of the Company’s internal
Network.
Maintains Regular Monitoring of the Internal Network to ensure both effective Security and Performance.
Monitors The Users Usage to Internet or Different Company Resources to ensure that no Violation to Prado’s Computer Use Policy is taking place.
Adds New Routes for newly added VPN or Remote Sites Connections.
Conducts Regular Backup for the Configurations of the Switches, Routers & Firewalls.
Makes Sure that the Network (Servers; PCs, etc….) are updated and Secure.
Conducts several security tests and analysis for the Network and monitors the entire system.
Ensures Business Continuity Planning (BCP) & Disaster Recovery Center (DRC)
Determines the Information Technology strategy and Plan as well as assigning resources, and leading negotiations with technology vendors and service partners. Moreover, able to demonstrat

Technical Skills :-
UNIVERSITY GRADUATE WITH A BACHELOR’S DEGREE INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY ENGINEERING OR ANY EQUIVALENT STUDIES.
MINIMUM 15 OR ABOVE YEARS’ EXPERIENCE IN IT FIELD.
-ABILITY TO WORK UNDER PRESSURE.
HIGH TECHNICAL SKILLS.
HIGH MANAGERIAL SKILLS.
Previous management or project leadership experience.
SQL Database programming , Crystal , Net VB , Bar-code Systems .
Experience with UNIX, Linux and Windows platform.
Experience with operations procedures, policies and documentation.
The talent of keeping the Business continuity and disaster recovery.
