- Listing all spare parts needed for machines.
- Daily check of Maintenance Routines.
- Participate in new installation on the production line.
- Implementation of occupational safety and health standards.
- Direct supervision of the distribution of work on the supervisors and technicians and maintenance of their responsibilities.
- Work out training plans for maintenance technicians to raise their skills.
- Follow up the implementation of the requests for reform on the factories and various administrative building in order to achieve the speed of response and quality of repair in the shortest possible time, according to the catalogs of the stomach and previous experiences.
- Responsible for the full analysis of faults and finding the root causes of them and the development of corrective measures that prevent the recurrence in similar places.
- Carry out all the tasks required by the special tasks according to the vision of the director directly in the context of maintenance management needs of the tasks to achieve its objectives.
- Follow-up of machines during work and ensure the safety of operation and performance.
- Predict and identify the cause of problems that appear during operation and take appropriate decisions.
- Lead the maintenance team of electric and hydraulic technicians.
