Follows up operation for central plants.
-Reviews history & check lists for equipment.
-Evaluates & Supervises on Complicated mechanical works.
-Carries out & Follows up the plant reports (monthly, quarterly, semi-annually and annually).
-Reacts with any troubles to solve it in plant rooms through a short term and long term solution.
-Plans and implements renewals and modifications in building's facilities,
-Provides preventive maintenance plans, equipment performance.
-Checks the quality of ordering materials according to standards & maintenance manual recommendations.
-Establishes, through internet, about missing maintenance data, new products, missing components from local market.
-Presents problem's view and preparing solutions.
-Searches & orders the required materials and discuss the price with suppliers.
-Provides quotations for any required modifications.
-Makes Emergency calls for agents (chillers out of order, replaced damaged components).
-Reviews with agent’s engineer for any contracts adjustments,
-Builds a strong relation with agents, visitors, suppliers and subcontractors.
-Approves attendance & over time sheets.
-Prepares the annual maintenance budget & consumptions.

Floating Boats experience is a must
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Mechanical Engineering fields.
• Excellent command of reading, writing & speaking English Language.
• UNIVERSITY GRADUATE WITH A BACHELOR’S DEGREE in Mechanical Engineering
• Effective organizational skills .
• ATTENTION TO DETAILS AND HIGH LEVEL OF ACCURACY
