Drives and maximize sales profits through implementing and developing marketing strategies that match customer requirements through promoting products, services or ideas.
-Executes and communicates marketing plans, campaign results and project recommendations to line manager.
-Manages and liaises with Creative and Digital Agencies to ensure well-briefed tasks, adherence to timelines and hence flawless results.
-Delivers results through effective offline and online marketing campaigns, customer engagement, team development, event management, empowered online acquisition strategies and public relations.
-Coordinates and adhere to brand and identity guidelines.
-Organizes and attends conferences, trade shows, industry events, seminars company-wide and marketing events.
-Manage projects by setting clear goals and timelines for result –oriented outputs.
-Performs Market intelligence practices to benefit the business or new strategies, through collecting data on market competitors, including prices, product sales and sales campaigns, as well as marketing and distribution channels used.
-Assists in the company’s retail strategy on both offline and online level, through performing the proper marketing intelligence, allocating the best suppliers and leveraging partners’ activities.
-Works closely with key stakeholders such as Commercial Director, Online sales retail team, Partners and Clients.
-Monitors competitor activity and brainstorms potential improvements or changes in marketing strategy, products, or services
-Assists in securing access to major media channels and important sponsorships.
-Manages the marketing department budget in

Minimum 3 years of experience in Marketing field of a similar industry.
• University graduate preferably in Marketing, Business, or a Related Field.
• Excellent command of reading, writing & speaking English Language.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Acquire strong Organizational skills, Presentation Skills, Negotiation, Prospecting Skills, Creativity, Planning, Independence.
• Strong Internal and External relationship building skills.
