Extract and process source data from different systems.
Ensure the quality of acquired data, and generate information delivered in different reporting formats including Excel and Access reports.
Build statistical models or adapt existing ones to meet requirements of the organization
Responsibilities includes Forecasting, Scheduling, Capacity Planning, Reporting/MIS
Optimize use of tools/technology and workforce management techniques to improve efficiency and effectiveness of supported accounts
Ensure all deliverable are released within timelines

Excellent command of MS Excel and advanced excel functions is a MUST
Good written and verbal communication
Knowledge of WFM Tools would be an advantage.
Strong interpersonal skills to facilitate cross functional interaction
Conceptual knowledge of Workforce Management (WFM) and outsourcing metrics
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Good English Language
