شرح الوظيفة
Experience in Hospitality, Hotels , floating cruises is a must .
Trains and supervises the Junior Pastry staff.
Prepares pastry for special orders, buffet presentation, VIP parties, and other one-off duties when required.
Prepares daily requisitions for supplies and pastry items.
Checks and controls the proper storage of pastry products .
Allocates tasks to maintain high effectiveness in assigned section of the pastry
Checks grooming (personal hygiene and uniforms) of the pastry team members according to the Company standard.
Enforces compliance of subordinates with all health, hygiene and safety regulations.
Cleans and carries out inventory of walk-in and reach-in boxes on a daily basis.
Keeps all refrigeration, equipment , storage and working areas in clean working condition in compliance with health and hygiene regulations.
Ensures pastry sanitation, and hygiene according to standard.
Reports any equipment in need of repair to superiors.
