Cycle maintenance carried out by contracts
 Projects delegated to contractors
 Projects as delegated by Works Manager
 Support the region technical inspection and reporting requirement. Field based inspections of cemeteries and cemetery structures.
 Support project and routine works as required.

A relevant recognised technical qualification in (BTEC / NVQ Level 4 or University degree in surveying or equivalent) and relevant experience working in a supervisory and surveying position
 Knowledge of conservation and building techniques
 At least five years’ in a construction, maintenance and conservation environment
 Contract and Project Management experience
 Knowledge of Health and Safety best practices
