-Handle our clients from the first step ( calls ) to the last step (contract)
-Answer clients' questions regarding construction work, financing, maintenance, repairs, and appraisals
-Follow up with our customers
-Well present the company and maintain the best image in client’s eyes.
-Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practice

-University degree
-Good English Skills
-MS Office
-Ability to achieve sales target
-Presentable
-Should have a good communication skills to deal with clients
-Can do more than 1 task in short time
-Experience from 2+ in real estate sale
-Very good in telesales and can attract the client to take the next step
-Know how to close the deal and all negotiation about market conditions, -prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters.
-Candidates with a car will be preferred.
