شرح الوظيفة
- Receives visitors at the front office desk by greetings
- Explains schedule of cruises with prices, menus and entertainment programs
- Answers and margining incoming phone calls
- Tells the guest about new events
- Makes reservations via telephone, emails,fax and over the desk
- Answers guests inquires
- Solves and handles any customer complain
- Reviews all reservations and inform F&B Departments of customer special requests
- Attends daily meeting with kitchen department to discuss current and next day situation of reservation
- Reviews reservations of sales department
- Receives payments (Cash, cheque, Credit cards and vouchers)
- Issue receipts for customers
- Reverses all payments of each shift for the concerned staff
- Makes deals with new customers
- Contacts regular guests and tells them about new events
- Calls concierge of hotels to update prices

مهارات الوظيفة
University Graduate with bachelor degree of commerce
-Minimum 1 year of experience in reservation field
-Ability to work under pressure
-EXCELLENT KNOWLEDGE OF DEALING WITH COMPUTER (EXCEL, OFFICE, AND OUTLOOK AND HITS SYSTEM )
-EFFECTIVE ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS.
-ATTENTION TO DETAILS AND HIGH LEVEL OF ACCURACY.
-Knowledge of reservation system .
-Knowledge of the booking system .
-Awareness of the new reservation system upgrades .
-VERY GOOD ENGLISH LANGUAGE.
