شرح الوظيفة
• Supervising the food and beverage outlets’ service and presentation to ensure that the best products are provided to the guest, meeting the high quality standard established. In addition to assisting the F&B management in supervising & implementing the Operational Standards
• Assists all supervisors under his control in the accomplishment of their objectives.
• Assists in preparing the yearly budgets and the objectives for the outlets
• Responsible for their own House keeping department including budgets, schedule, increase, promotions and dismissals, termination according to their performance.
• Monitor the sales and the number of covers on daily basis and make sure it is on line or exceeding with the budget
• Monitor and suggest proper action with the F&B Cost Controller the sales analysis to implement menu engineering system.
• Responsible for implementing and following up the yearly outlet promotional plan, meet deadline and related tasks.
• Keep a well organized data base (Including mobile & Email address if possible) of all your clients having lunch or dinner on a daily basis, send your monthly updated visited clients list by mail to Assist the F&B General Manager .
• Responsible for sales, organizing, and follow booking, events, correspondence and offers to your clientele.
• Responsible for providing the Executive Chef with functions sheet and copy it to F&B Operation.
• Ensures food and beverage sanitation, and hygiene according to standard.
• Supervised the overall food and beverage service of guests insuring that it is carried out according to the service standards.
• Ensures the highest degrees of efficiency and courteousness towards guests in all the outlets.
• Fill the outlet log books regarding revenue, achieved number of covers, guest complains, maintenance issues …etc.
