_Experience not less than 2 years at the same field
_ROT experience is a must
_De-commissioning old hardware including PC's, laptops
and printers
_Setting up and deploying new hardware including PC's, laptops, printers
_Providing 1st line support for deployed hardware and _providing basic software troubleshooting support (ie. Windows 7/10 and Office 2016)
_Escalating issues to the Group Engineering team as needed
_Providing training to small groups of staff as required

_Previous experience de-commissioning and deploying new hardware
_Previous experience supporting Windows 7 and 10
_Previous experience Office 2016
_Previous experience supporting Outlook, Calendar and Excel
_Previous experience using MS Project or another _organisational tool to manage projects would be highly advantageous
_Previous experience providing onsite training for new devices would be highly advantageous as well
_Strong organisational skills
_Excellent communication and presentation skills
