We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Representative to contribute in generating sales for our company.
_responsible for sales deals and maintaining good customer relationships.
_ presenting services as well as dealing with complaints and doubts.
The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.
Responsibilities
_Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a service using scripts
_Answer questions about service or the company
_Ask questions to understand customer requirements
_Directing prospects to the field sales team when needed
_Entering and updating customer information in the database
_Taking and processing orders in an accurate manner
_Handling grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
_Keeping records of calls and sales and note useful information
Requirements
_Proving experience as Sales representative or other sales/customer service role
_Proving track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
_Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
