_Experience with “best practices” in the area of data center design, construction and commissioning.
_Effective leadership abilities, ability to plan, organize, and motivate others to achieve objectives.
_Ability to make timely and effective decisions that are based on sound judgment and business rationale.
_Excellent project management and project planning skills _strong organization skills and professional demeanor.
_Ability to work under pressure and manage difficult situations.
_Must have previous relevant experience of managing technical senior individual contributors and managers.
_Demonstrated abilities to prepare and manage design and construction budgets in excess million with strong understanding of and experience with procurement practices and contract negotiations.
