Develops store strategies to raise customers’ pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability-Finds problem solutions to the clients such as carpet cleaning and maintenance .
Ensures high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service .
Completes store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
Maintains outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
Reports on buying trends, customer needs, profits etc.
Deals with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc)
Ensures availability of merchandise and services by approving contracts; maintaining inventories
Secures merchandise by implementing security systems and measures
Protects employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment
Maintains inventory by implementing purchasing plans and staying in contact with vendors and shippers
Manages stock levels and make key decisions about stock control
Ensures standards for quality, customer service and health and safety are met
Responds to customer complaints and comments
Completes schedules and assign duties and responsibilities to the store’s staff.

Technical Skills :-
