-Retail experience is preferable
The role of the Treasury Accountant is to assess, monitor, plan and manage the efficient utilization of cash and financial services in a manner consistent with the objectives of the Company.
• The Treasury Accountant is expected to Understand, manage, all aspects of cash flow.
• Forecasts daily cash requirements and execute daily financing decisions.
• Manages all aspects of In-house investment portfolios.
• Directs, monitors trade investment portfolios including Working capital, High-Yield, Escrow, and other portfolios.
• Manages long-term and short-term investment strategies.
• Determines the Company’s goals and risk tolerance.
• Determines the Company’s tax position and the applicability of taxable/non-taxable instruments.
• Assesses risk/return trade offs in guidelines.
• Assesses performance benchmarks and recommends changes when warranted.
• Reviews and recommends changes to the investment policies based on the market conditions.
• Prepares or monitors company’s various cash flow forecasts and perform financial modeling.
• Evaluates, develops and implements cash management systems to optimize efficiencies.
• Understands and manages appropriate accounting procedures and processes.
• Manages relationships with financial service providers.
• Monitors bank service fees and address quality issues.
• Conducts benchmark studies of banks and their services to evaluate whether it fits Granite’s requirements.
• Meets with cash management banks to plan cash management vs. Granite’s needs.
• Evaluates alternative long-term borrowing strategies and make recommendations in accordance with the capital structure guidelines.
• Manages, directs, and develops Cash Management staff.
• Recommends, implements and maintains process improvements.
• Provides technical and other support for mergers and acquisitions and o

B.Sc. degree Of Commerce
-Minimum 1 year of experience in treasury Accounting
-ABILITY TO WORK UNDER PRESSURE .
-EXCELLENT KNOWLEDGE OF DEALING WITH COMPUTER (EXCEL, OFFICE, AND OUTLOOK AND HITS SYSTEM )
-EFFECTIVE ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS.
-ATTENTION TO DETAILS AND HIGH LEVEL OF ACCURACY.
-KEEPING CONFIDENTIALITY.
-VERY GOOD ENGLISH LANGUAGE
