• متابعة تحصيل المستحقات من العملاء المتأخرين.
• التعامل مع شكاوى واستفسارات العملاء وحل المشكلات المتعلقة بالمدفوعات.
• إعداد تقارير دورية عن الأداء والتحصيل.
• التعاون مع الفرق الداخلية لضمان سلاسة عملية التحصيل.
شروط التعيين:
• المؤهل : ليسانس الحقوق
• خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في التحصيل.
• السن لا يزيدعن 28 سنة
• مقر العمل : القاهرة/ المنيل
المهارات:
• التفاوض مع العملاء بشأن طرق السداد المناسبة.
• إلمام بالأنظمة المحاسبية و التحصيل.
