1- الحفاظ على و صيانة و تنظيف البوفيه و جميع الأدوات و الخامات و المعدات الموجودة داخل البوفيه
2- تنفيذ جميع المهام التى يكلفه بها أعضاء مكتب الإدارة العليا و التى تخص عمله
3- إعداد المشروبات الساخنة و الباردة و تقديمها لأفراد العمل بمكتب الإدارة العليا أو للضيوف و الزوار
4 - تحرير طلب شراء الأدوات و الخامات و تسليمه للمدير المباشر
5 - جميع ما سبق ذكره يجب أن يتم طبقاً للتعليمات الخاصة و المعتمدة بأعمال البوفيه
