• تقديم الدعم للعملاء في حالة وجود استفسارات تتعلق بالتحصيل.
• المحافظة على سلوك مهني مع العملاء وتحقيق مستويات عالية من رضا العملاء.
• العمل على تحقيق أهداف التحصيل المحددة وفقاً للمواعيد النهائية.
الشروط التعيين:
• مؤهل فوق متوسط أو متوسط.
• خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في التحصيل.
• السن لا يزيدعن 28 سنة
