المتطلبات العامة:
• خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في نفس المجال.

المهارات المطلوبة:
• خبرة في مشاريع الإنشاءات .
• الإشراف على فرق العمال وضمان جودة التنفيذ.
• استلام الأعمال ومطابقتها للمواصفات والمخططات.
• القدرة على قراءة وفهم الرسومات التنفيذية وإعداد التقارير الفنية.
• إجادة التعامل مع البرامج الهندسية (AutoCAD – Excel – وغيرها).
