Required For A Software House located in (Egypt, UAE and Jordan ) , for Egypt branch. Nasr City
Software Implementation Engineer/ German Speaker
_Full knowledge for the software development life cycle processes
_Providing first and second levels product support, _provide remote and on-site technical consulting and training on the company products; document troubleshooting and problem resolution steps
_ assign customer incidents to back office support engineers
_ monitor customer incidents to ensure that service level agreements are being satisfied.
_Communicate with the IT resources of the client to explain technical requirements including web integration and equipment configuration.
_Build and maintain a deep understanding of our products with the ability to explain them to others; think about how client customization and delivery can be sped up and improved
_Configure and customize our platform to meet the specific needs of each client.
_Perform on-site support for the vehicle testing centers according to the issues severity and location requirements.
_Perform periodic visits to the sites to monitor the system/users behaviors and report any incident to the project team.
_Contribute in deployment in staging activities,Contribute in deployment in Production activities,Support soft launch activities,Support Go-Live activities
_Run QC polices and testing scenarios.,Build long-term relationships with our clients by launching programs from pilot phase to through large scale rollouts
