• Pricing RMX Concrete & VAP Products in projects, tenders and negotiating contract terms to meet both client & company’s objective.
• Maximize the company’s profit by finding new opportunities & increasing Sales Volume according to the sales Targets.
• Develop & implement strategies to increase our market share.
• Support the engagement departments to ensure customer Collection & Satisfaction.
• Develop and implement a yearly detailed Sales action plan.
• Work closely with operation & QC teams to understand project SPECS.
• Maintain strong customer relationships, customer satisfaction and being proactive in understanding customer service.
• Prepare the SFE (Sales Force Effectiveness) reports to be delivered to the sales manager every month.
