Controls & Supervises the duty of the accounting staff .
Ensures following up the financial policies & procedures
Checks on cashiers and compares cash with sales reports
Prepares P&L monthly Statement for supply chain and compares it with (budget & last year) & comments on results.
Prepares & follows up Contracts ( Services supplier & Supply chain )
Prepares Supply Chain , sales & marketing Yearly budget with assistance of concerning persons.
Follows up Imported & Local items for new production lines & prepares cost allocation.
Reviews the daily Payments Voucher
Reviews The daily J/V
Reviews P&L for the whole company separated by department
Prepares the monthly P&L & I/S
Reviews & prepares quarter analyses reports
Follows up collection of sales sponsorship contracts.
Prepares Investment cost of the new production lines in coordination with concerned persons
Technical Skills :
UNIVERSITY GRADUATE WITH A BACHELOR DEGREE OF COMMERCE.
MINIMUM 7 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN THE FINANCIAL FIELD preferably in rugs or industrial sector.
ABILITY TO WORK UNDER PRESSURE .
EXCELLENT KNOWLEDGE OF DEALING WITH COMPUTER (EXCEL, OFFICE, AND OUTLOOK AND HITS SYSTEM )
EFFECTIVE ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS.
ATTENTION TO DETAILS AND HIGH LEVEL OF ACCURACY.
VERY GOOD ENGLISH LANGUAGE.
