_Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
_Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles
_Coordinate and complete annual audits
_Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions
_Assign projects and direct staff to ensure compliance and accuracy
_Meet financial accounting objectives
_Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions

_Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases
