Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Back Office Executive at IDS. The Back Office Executive will be responsible for Back Office Operations, Office Operations, Communication, Sales, and Finance. The Back Office Executive should manage daily activities such as data entry, updating records and files, customer service, and sales support.


Qualifications:

Strong Communication skills to interact with teams across departments and clients
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
A bachelor's degree is a must
Good command of English language is a must
Laptop and ADSL connection is a must
WFH will be determined according to performance
