Job Description:
As a Lead, you are responsible for managing a small team developers, testers or engineers and drive delivery of a big data projects (Delivery/Maintenance/Testing) You may serve as entry level specialist with expertise in particular technology/industry domain/a process / application / product. You are responsible for functional/technical track of a project. Job requirements not limited to,
• Leading and mentoring developers
• Engage and coordinate with client’s teams in order to facilitate projects development, delivery, and support
• Good understand big data coding using big data tools and techniques of the following technologies:
o Spark/Scala
o Spark Streaming
o Impala SQL
o Solr
o Streamsets
• Good understanding and experience in data management domain:
o Data Relationships (ERD)
o Data Integration (ETL)
o Data Processing (Transformation and Aggregation)
• Understanding business problems to ensure projects are leveraging the appropriate technology and analytical tools in the delivery of a comprehensive solution
• Understand the business goals/needs while utilizing big data technology to ingest and analyze large amounts of data

Qualifications
• Bachelor or Master’s Degree with an emphasis on Computer Science or Engineering
• Minimum work e Years
• 3-7 years working experience in a technical lead or project management
• Min. 5 years of Experience working with relational databases and MPP
• 2-4 years of Experience developing solutions on Hadoop components
• Ability to think outside the box and understand the big picture thought process
• Ability to communicate clearly to business owners
• Experience with Java or a programming language required
• Working experience with Unix/Linux
• Data Mining/Data Warehousing/Business Intelligence experience a plus.
