• Strategic Analysis & Business Transformation
• Partner with executive leadership to define and implement digital transformation roadmaps and business process improvement strategies.
• Conduct feasibility studies, ROI assessments, and benefit realization reviews to ensure alignment with organizational priorities.
• Perform as-is / to-be process analysis and recommend automation or optimization opportunities.
• Support business case development, value realization, and digital maturity improvement initiatives.
• Requirements Management & Governance
• Lead structured workshops, interviews, and focus groups to elicit and prioritize business requirements.
• Develop and maintain BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria ensuring complete traceability across project stages.
• Act as liaison between business and technical teams to ensure solution integrity and compliance with enterprise architecture standards.
• Establish and maintain change control and version management processes to manage evolving business needs.
